Over the years I have noticed that patients that drank coffee had more health issues than patients who did not drink coffee. I mostly noticed coffee drinkers struggled with muscular skeletal issues like back pain, neck pain or shoulder pain but I also noticed them suffering from headaches, digestion issues, anxiety and insomnia. Over the years I have educated patients about the benefits of tea and a lot of patients switch over to tea and heal and move on in life. The patients who refused to quit the coffee continue to visit me in my treatment room. My saying is that patients that drink coffee pay my bills. Last night I was reading a newsletter from one of my favorite M.D.’s, Dr. Andrew Weil. I was excited to read that Dr. Weil had similar findings in coffee drinkers. Thought I would share. Enjoy

Really great article shell. I like tea, but I seriously love my caffeine. I don’t drink coffee at all through, it’s gross… I wonder how awful my wonderful xience drinks are… any idea?
Oh Denise,
Those drinks can’t be good for you. Always best to stay all natural straight from the earth.
