I’m thrilled to be offering a three-day backpacking retreat in August with my good friend Emily Williams. We are both avid hikers and backpackers , and are excited to share our love of nature and our experience teaching meditation, Qi Gong and yoga with our small group.
With mindfulness, meditation, and movement, our aim is to help inspire you to the profound beauty of the Sierra. This is an opportunity to dive deeply into nature and begin to tap into the powerful cycles of each day, learning more about supporting your health and integrating these practices into your daily life.
We are limiting the group size to 10 participants and the two of us – and we have only 4 spaces left as of today. If you are interested – please let Emily know before it’s too late!
