One Heart Rising Workshop
May 11th 1pm- 5pm
At Namaste Holistic Healing and Yoga
This retreat is dedicated to open your heart and unearth your true essence. Cultivate seeds of intention to infuse with your true essence and plant them for the year to come. Connect with your energy body to remove belief patterns and emotion that no longer serves you and raise your vibration of love, authenticity and self mastery. Connect with the benevolent energies of the heaven and earth to receive guidance for your journey. Sacred art, qigong, music, shaman journey and meditation will be incorporated within this workshop.
It is hard to put into words my experience at the “Between Heaven and Earth” retreat through One Heart Rising without sounding cheesy or scripted–but it was a truly life changing event for me and I highly recommend it to anyone. How would one describe a perfect mountain scene if one has never been outside? How would one describe the sun if one has only seen night? It awakens a new part of you that you didn’t even know existed. You see things differently. You see things anew. So for each individual, it is a different, yet, profound, experience.
It awakened and brought to me so many invaluable things, but I think the single most important thing was that it brought me Michelle and Jill and new friends I will carry with me always. Michelle and I continue to work together and now, even my husband has been working with Jill on this journey between Heaven and Mother Earth. Thank you forever.

The One Heart Rising “Heaven and Earth” backpacking retreat exceeded any expectations that I had. The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful, a great place to reconnect with the earth. The instructors were very present and mindful throughout the whole retreat. I feel like I was able to return to my daily life having let go of many things that were holding me back. While there was a good amount of time with guidance, there was also plenty of independent time to relax and reflect. Thank you for hosting such a great retreat.
