A qi guide is someone who guides you through the energy of your life and helps to open blocked areas and move you to a place to where you can experience your full potential and empower your life. A qi guide helps you to tap into your own inner wisdom and compass so you can learn to guide your own energy and thrive in your personal power.
A qi guide can help you learn to connect to the energy of:
- the earth, universe, your personal environment and to divine love
- your physical body
- your emotional body/patterns and healing wounds
- your beliefs
- your inner struggles
- your job/career/prosperity
- your relationships
- your health
- your habitual patterns that drain our personal power

- exercise including yoga, qigong and Tai chi

“Qi guide” is a title I made up for the work I have practicing and creating. A qi guide session includes examining your lifestyle, taking a complete Chinese Medicine intake evaluating constitutional imbalances, prescribing Chinese Herbal Medicine when needed, dietary adjustments using Chinese Medicine dietary recommendations, exercise recommendations, meditation, prayer work, intention setting, advice on yoga or qigong practices, suggested reading, energy work, pinpointing your struggles to overcome, create, and achieve goals.
This program is for people who want to jump into life, take responsibility, and actively make a change. You will be given homework and be challenged to move out of your comfort zone and into a place where you are taking action in your life.
This program is not for someone who does not want to make changes or wants someone else to make their life good without personal reflection.
Qi guide sessions can be done in person, on the phone, or on Skype.
